The Wilder Tactical Minimalist EDC Belt is my preferred choice for everyday carry.
Let me explain... many individuals have found success using traditional belts for concealed carry over the years. However, in my household, we opt for an EDC Belt.

What is an EDC Belt and Why is it important?
An EDC belt is a belt specifically designed for concealed carry and to withstand the reps that come with it. Usually, belts are only meant to slightly tighten your pants, not to bear the weight of a firearm.
Having the right tool is crucial, especially when carrying concealed.
What are some things to consider when choosing an EDC Belt?
When contemplating the purchase of a concealed carry belt, there are multiple aspects to consider...
- Can it support the weight of my firearm and other tools that I carry?
Firearms are available in various sizes, affecting the round capacity. Furthermore, if you opt to carry an extra magazine, light, knife, or other tools, the weight may become problematic. A standard gun belt is not suitable for supporting the weight of the firearm and its accessories, leading to sagging bottoms.
- Is it sturdy? Rigid?
Belts usually lack the stiffness required to keep your firearm securely pressed against your body, potentially leading to printing. An edc belt is purpose built, with you and your concealed carry journey in mind.
- Does it aide in concealment or make it more difficult? Is it bulky?
As women, our belt loops tend to be thinner; over the years I struggled to find a belt thin enough bottoms (pants, shorts, leggings w/loops and skirts). The Wilder EDC belt is thin enough to fit any loops and also comes with a small cobra buckle for a lower profile and scuba webbing for an added cinch.
